This product ships as two pieces. The first piece, the hood itself has a shipping weight of 144 lbs. The second piece, the Chimney Kit has a shipping weight of 62 lbs. The Chimney kit consists of the duct cover (designed for use with ceiling height between 8 1/2' to 10'), inner mounting structure and electrical components required to run the hood.
