Viking SUPGD

This portable griddle is for use on the VGSU gas cooktop. It fits easily over standard surface grates for convenient griddling. The griddle is constructed of cast-aluminum with a non-stick commercial-grade finish on the cooking surface.

The grease grove surrounds the cooking area and the rack is secured by surface grates, that hold the griddle in place. It can also be used to quickly defrost frozen foods.
