Viking's sealed burner gas range offers updated styling and even more exceptional features. The Pro Sealed Burner System delivers precision control of up to 15,000 BTUs and infinite settings of easy-to-clean high performance sealed burners. The SureSpark Ignition System ensures automatic ignition/re-ignition should the burners extinguish any time while cooking. The Gourmet-Glo infrared broiler offers intense, restaurant quality heat, ideal for searing meats and locking in juices. The ProFlow convection baffle offers incredibly even heat circulation allowing you to bake breads and cakes to perfection.
