About the Project

This stunning kitchen transformation, designed by Kitchen Tune-Up, showcases a masterful blend of modern aesthetics and practical functionality. By removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room, the first floor was opened up, flooding the space with natural light. The design centers around a beautiful island with sage slab doors, a reeded detail on the back, and expanded storage beneath the breakfast bar. MSI Calacatta Azurmatt waterfall edge countertops add a touch of elegance, mirrored by the perimeter quartz work surface that extends into the backsplash. A mix of sheer beauty and stratus white diamond slabs were used for the pantry, appliance panels, and upper cabinets, respectively. Handsome brass sconces frame the picture window over the sink, while a large window overlooks the backyard. New Thermador appliances enhance both functionality and the seamless flow with the cabinetry. While much of the kitchen is entirely new, existing corner cabinets were cleverly refaced to match, preserving useful elements. Thoughtful storage solutions, like drawer organizers and spice racks, maximize efficiency. Smart LED lighting provides the perfect accent. Completed in just two weeks, this Kitchen Tune-Up remodel, featuring high-end Thermador appliances, allowed the homeowners to maintain full use of their kitchen throughout the process.
