It's approved for installation over a single electric wall oven, so you can complete your kitchen with Frigidaire's Gallery Series style. The cooktop has four (4) sealed burners with a range of BTU cooking power. The front-right burner is perfect for high-powered cooking such as boiling or frying at 18,000 BTUs, and at 5,000 BTUs, the back-right burner is great for simmering or for making delicate sauces. The left side handles general cooking and sauteing like a pro. The dishwasher-safe continuous cast-iron cooking grates make transferring pots and pans between burners easy and effortless. But in case you do spill something during the transfer, the recessed burners and spill-safe design of the cooktop make cleaning hassle-free.
