This gas range from Frigidaire acts as an assistant to cooking with its features to make sure each meal is cooked to the right specifications. The oven Temperature probe measures the internal temperature of meats, and once it has reached the preset temperature, automatically switch the oven to the keep warm setting. Your meats will be well cooked and retain its warmth without losing moisture. The Effortless™ Convection Conversion provides all the results of even heat convection cooking with none of the guesswork of temperature alterations so you can follow that old family recipe and produce results just like grandma would. On the cooktop there is a power burner for fast boiling, and a simmer burner to let those stews develop flavor over while cooking low and slow. There is an oval burner in the center to put the included griddle right over and make a full breakfast on, great for Sunday mornings. The range is also has a Star-K® Certified Sabbath Mode.
