On the cooktop are five (5) sealed burners for easy cleaning if there are any spills. They're under continuous cast iron grates for easy transitions of pots and pans when cooking. The front right burner offers a whopping 18,000 BTUs of Power Burner cooking action, and the right rear burner is designed for simmer cooking of delicate sauces, creams, or cooking rice or grains. There is a griddle accessory for the center oval burner.
The convection oven offers a spacious 5.0 cubic feet of cooking space. There are three (3) racks and interior lighting. The large oven lets you check the status of your dish while keeping the heat in behind the closed door. There is a temperature probe for reaching the optimum finish to meats, and the oven automatically switches to Keep Warm mode once the core temperature is reached. Once all is done and there was a spill, the oven offers multiple self-clean options to suit your cleaning needs. Other options include Delay Start, Pizza, My Favorites, Add-a-Minute, and Auto Shut Off.
The range also offers a lower warming drawer for keeping completed dishes warm before you're ready to serve.
