So, what is InstaView? It is the special glass door on the right side door which is sensitive to touch. When you gently knock on it twice, lights turn on and contents of the refrigerator will become visible. This helps save energy as you are going to be less likely to open the door if an item you are looking for is not in the fridge or at the least will shorten the door-open-time since you know exactly where your item resides.
How about Door-In-Door? Another, innovation from LG which helps you save time and energy in the kitchen. There are items that we frequent in our fridge. LG, gives you a special compartment in the front of the fridge for these high velocity items. Again, you can access these items by simply pressing special level hidden from plain eyesight on the fridge handle which opens the outer door shell without sacrificing the cold air stored in the main fridge cabinet.
