Cappuccino: 2 thirds milk froth and 1 third espresso. Cappuccino Italiano: Espresso is poured first and then the milk froth is added to the cup. Flat white: Special variety of cappuccino that contains significantly more espresso than milk froth Espresso Macchiato: Espresso with a small amount of milk froth on top.
Caffe Latte: In contrast to the milk froth of cappuccino, it is made from hot milk and espresso. Latte Macchiato: A composition of strong espresso, hot milk, and milk froth. Consists of 1/3 each of hot milk, milk froth, and espresso. Cafe au lait: is a French style of coffee consisting of coffee and milk froth. Cafe au lait is usually served in a bowl.
Coffee: Freshly ground, not capsuled. Long Coffee (Lungo): Coffee with more water to fill your favorite mug. Espresso: Pronounced intensive flavor. Three layers – a dark bottom, lighter middle, and a thick crema. Ristretto: A concentrated, strong espresso. The same amount of ground coffee is prepared with very little water.
