The 48" Mercury Dual Fuel Model features an extra-large, 7-Mode Multi-Function Oven and a second extra-large, true European convection oven. The Glide-Out Broiler System with Full Broil and Half Broil modes provides complete coverage with adjustable heights and an extendable gliding tray spacious enough to cook six 6-ounce steaks at once. Nine eye-catching hi-fi Style Controls deliver precise power to each burner and oven with stereo-like grace.
The natural gas cooktop with five sealed brass burners is each topped with a porcelain-enamel finish, and cast-iron flame spreader to provide superb heat distribution and retention.
The 48" Mercury Dual Fuel Model is available in 8 Classic Colours (including Stainless Steel), and 8 Soho Colours. Ranges manufactured using Soho Colour & Design Series colors are only available with a stainless steel fascia.

- Offering precise control for expert cooking, the five-burner gas cooktop features sealed brass burners with an exceptionally large center burner for oversized stockpots and wok cooking. All burners are designed with thermocouple safety mechanisms.

- Over 6 cubic feet of oven space amongst 3 separate ovens maximize utility and reduce energy consumption.
