The XO XOPIZZA1H Hybrid Pizza Oven is designed and manufactured in Italy to bring authentic stone oven performance to your backyard with the flexibility to cook with gas or wood. Switch easily between gas and wood by covering or uncovering the burner. When the wood cover is in place, the gas burner is sealed and you are ready for traditional wood-fired cooking. Remove the cover to ignite the gas burner for instant, consistent heat with the same XO flavor and performance.
