Dual Verticross convection distributes heat evenly even when you are cooking on multiple racks. Gourmet mode is packed with 50+ recipes. Touch screen controls are hidden from the view unless you tilt the display open. 10 cooking modes include Bake, Broil, Convection, Convection Roast, Dehydrate, Gourmet, Proof, Roast, Stone, and Warm.
Cooktop comes with reliable ignition with burners that can go up to 20,000 BTUs with a delicate simmer of 300 BTUs. You will have full control ove the flame with Wolf's dual ring burners.
